How to Shop?

Welcome to our shopping guide! To make your shopping experience easier, we have prepared a simple guide on how to select, order, and pay for products on our online store. Whether you are a first-time customer or a regular, this guide will help you with every step. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us – we are here for you!

1. Selecting Products

• By product type: Use the left menu to browse categories.
• Search for a specific product: If you know the name or product code, enter it in the search field to quickly find the desired item.

2. Detailed Product Information

Click on the image of the selected product to open the product page. Here you will find details about:

• Price
• Dimensions
• Availability
• Product description and other details

3. Adding Products to the Cart and Changing Quantity

• Click the "BUY" button next to the selected product.
• The cart will open with an overview: product name, quantity, price.
• To change the quantity, adjust the value in the "Quantity" field – the price will be automatically recalculated.

4. Adding More Products to the Cart

• If you want to add more products, select another item and click on "BUY".
• You can always check the cart contents via the "CHECKOUT" link.

⚠ Important: Products in the cart are not purchased until you fill out and submit the order form.

5. Removing Products from the Cart

• If you want to remove an item, click the grid icon next to the product. The item will be removed from the cart.

6. Placing an Order

• Carefully fill in your contact details, review the product type, quantity, and price.
• Ensure you enter a valid email and phone number.
• Select your preferred delivery method:
  • Packeta courier
  • In-person pickup
  • Courier service

• Choose your payment method:
  • Cash on delivery
  • GoPay (credit card)
  • Bank transfer
• Click "Continue with Order". If all details are correct, the order will be sent.

7. Order Confirmation

• After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary.
• If you find any discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible for order correction.

8. Payment Methods

• Cash on delivery: Pay upon delivery to the courier.
• Bank transfer: After ordering, you will receive transfer details (amount, account number, variable symbol). The goods will be shipped immediately after the amount is credited to our account.
