100W High-Performance UV Lamp for Adhesive Curing

This UV lamp with UV LEDs is specifically designed for curing coatings, adhesives, and sealants that are sensitive to ultraviolet light. The 100W UV LED lamp significantly accelerates the curing process while ensuring effective illumination. Compared to UV tubes, it provides a much faster and more efficient curing. The exposure time that typically lasts ten minutes with a UV bulb is reduced to approximately 2 minutes with this lamp.

The lamp is intended for curing LOCA UV adhesive for re-bonding LCD touch screen assemblies and other UV-sensitive products such as UV coatings for solder mask.
