The Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) is categorized into DC and brushless ESCs depending on various types of motors. These controllers are widely used in remote control systems, and the signal can be utilized to control speed. This 40A bi-directional brushless ESC without brake supports continuous current up to 40A and instantaneous current up to 320A. It is controlled via a PPM signal and can drive the motor forward and backward. It is compatible with remote controls from many popular brands available on the market.

1. Signal Status: When the ESC is powered on, the indicator light flashes once. Once the remote control is returned to the neutral position, the indicator light will flash again. If the signal is lost, the indicator light will start blinking rapidly.
2. Calibration: Connect the ESC signal cable to the corresponding channel of the receiver, turn on the remote control, push the joystick of the corresponding channel to maximum, then turn on the ESC. The indicator light will blink, and after a few seconds, the light will blink twice, return the joystick to the neutral position, and the light will blink three times, done!
