Modem RM502Q-AE (RM502QAEAA-M20-SGASA) Multi-mode 5G M.2

Quectel RM50xQ series are 5G modules specially optimized for IoT/eMBB applications. Utilizing 3GPP Release 15 technology, they support both 5G NSA and SA modes. Designed in M.2 format, RM50xQ series modules are compatible with Quectel LTE-A Cat 6 EM06, Cat 12 modules EM12-G/EM120R-GL/EM121R-GL, and Cat 16 module EM160R-GL, facilitating customer transition from LTE-A to 5G.

RM50xQ series modules are industrial grade, intended solely for industrial and commercial applications.

Globally applicable RM50xQ series modules cover nearly all major operators worldwide. The module supports Qualcomm® IZat™ Gen9C Lite positioning technology (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou/Compass, and Galileo). The integrated GNSS receiver significantly simplifies product design and provides faster, more accurate, and reliable positioning options.

A rich set of internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces, and extensive functionalities (USB and PCIe drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Linux, Android) expand the module's usability across a wide range of eMBB and IoT applications, such as industrial routers, home gateways, STBs, industrial notebooks, consumer laptops, industrial PDAs, rugged tablet PCs, video surveillance, and digital advertising.
