AnyVolt Micro Universal DC-DC Converter
The AnyVolt Micro is a miniature DC-DC switching converter capable of both boosting and bucking. Its output voltage is adjustable from 2.6 to 14V and can draw a current of up to 0.5A. The AnyVolt Micro is beneficial for situations where you need to step up from a lower voltage to a higher one, or when your input voltage occasionally drops below the desired output voltage.
Output voltage is set using a small screw potentiometer located on the side of the AnyVolt Micro. Once the output voltage is set, it does not matter whether the input voltage is higher, lower, or the same as the desired output; there will be no voltage dropouts.
The AnyVolt Micro is compatible with the common linear voltage regulator series 78XX, so it will work well with solderless breadboards and other popular prototyping methods.
The AnyVolt Micro is significantly different from any other DC-DC converter on the market, so please read the entire manual thoroughly before purchasing or using it.
The AnyVolt Micro is a smaller, lighter, and cheaper successor to the AnyVolt Mini. Additionally, it includes thermal, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, making it very hard to destroy (like a zombie).
