Our SCR (thyristor) voltage regulators provide reliable, economical, and compact speed control for DC motors!

These variable DC voltage regulators are specially designed for vibrating feeders, fans, pumps, and heating and lighting devices. All models are equipped with a single-phase AC input and fully variable DC output.

The SCR regulator does not offer a wide range for speed regulation; the regulation will likely be in the upper half of the adjustment range. To move the motor before slowing down, the power of the SCR regulator needs to be increased.

Features:

• LSA Loncont series phase shift regulator modules combine a triggering circuit, unidirectional or bidirectional thyristor, RC resistor absorption circuit, and power circuit. Automatic or manual adjustment is used to set voltage to load and output power.
• 0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, 4-20mA, and other fully compatible automatic control modes; manual control can also be used; output voltage is linearly adjustable from 0V to maximum value.
• Integrated power transformer - simple wiring, easy to use, and cost-effective.
• The module uses SMT technology and DCB ceramic board - stable performance and high reliability, suitable for use with reactive or resistive loads.
• The module features LED indicators for power and output regulation.
• Complete isolation between the individual inputs and the main circuit; the voltage endurance of the insulating material is greater than 2,000 Vac.
• Half-wave is most often used in applications for mixing materials like cement, monosodium glutamate, animal feed. Ability to control vibration strength of the vibrating machine.
• The module has a soft start feature that reduces instantaneous load current on startup, providing protection for the module and increasing load lifespan.

When to Use This Regulator:

1. This regulator is not suitable for energy-saving and LED lighting, televisions, computers, music players, or other devices that contain switching power supplies and/or rectifiers or other electronic components. This regulator is not suitable for asynchronous motors with a motor (starting) capacitor.
2. Standard bulbs, heaters, fans, ventilation systems, single-phase motors, soldering tools, etc.

Cooling:

To prevent the 50A, 70A, and 90A models from overheating and operating correctly, it is necessary to use a heat sink. Model numbers ending with H are supplied including a heat sink.

Models rated at 120A, 150A, and 200A require active cooling. Model numbers with H+F include heat sink and fan.

Do not use models rated above 25A without cooling!
