The DoubleSwitch is the dual version of our popular BattleSwitch. This relay switch can be controlled via a radio-controlled unit. The DoubleSwitch is ideal for quickly and easily controlling glow plugs, BattleBot weapons, and other electronics. Activate devices up to 240 V AC without needing to know microcontroller logic levels, as the relay provides full electrical isolation from your receiver.
Connecting the DoubleSwitch to a standard radio receiver is as simple as connecting a servo. Using the interchangeable terminals of the DoubleSwitch, you can attach the load you want to control. Depending on the channel, you can operate the relay by moving the radio control stick up or down, left or right, or in any way you choose.
On the underside of the DoubleSwitch is an LED indicator that shows the status. The LED lights up when the relay is on and goes out when it is off. If the LED is blinking, it means the radio connection is weak.
The relay functions as a double-pole, double-throw switch with a lifespan of up to 100,000 switching cycles, depending on the load.
The DoubleSwitch does not generate power for the terminals.
