Evil Crow Kabel – BadUSB Device
Evil Crow Cable – BadUSB Device
The Evil Crow cable is a BadUSB device based on the Attiny85 microcontroller with the data line enabled. The Evil Crow BadUSB cable is a tool for information security and penetration testing that looks and functions like a regular USB cable (for both power and data) until activated by a wireless remote control to deliver your chosen attack to the host computer. Essentially, the Evil Crow is a further step in the evolution of BadUSB, where the attack is integrated directly into the USB cable.
Imitating keyboard and mouse actions, the payloads can be fully customizable and can be highly targeted. Undetectable by firewalls, antivirus software (depending on the payload, of course), or visual inspection, the Evil Crow cable is the ideal tool for penetration testers, law enforcement, and government.
