Ham It Up Nano - Small HF Converter with Black Enclosure, TCXO, and Support for Powering by Bias Tee

The Ham It Up Nano is a well-portable RF converter (LF/MF/HF) designed for software-defined radio devices (e.g., from our NESDR series (RTL-SDR) or HackRF). It offers a wide frequency capacity from 100 kHz to 65 MHz, with a precision of 1 PPM and the option to power by bias tee!

Ham It Up Nano is housed in a robust black aluminum casing and includes a "male SMA to male SMA" connector and a micro USB to DC connector adapter.

The Ham It Up Nano will also work as a panadapter for most radios and can be used for both receiving and transmitting.

The Ham It Up Nano is a high-frequency converter that allows you to extend the range of your favorite SDR or radios to a frequency of at least 100 kHz. It is compatible with any radio capable of operating on frequencies of 125-190 MHz (utilizing a frequency range of 100 kHz-65 MHz). It is installed in a durable black aluminum housing and includes a "male SMA to male SMA" connector and a micro USB to DC connector adapter.

It is important to note that for some SDRs, when powered externally via USB, the ESD protection diode of Ham It Up Nano may be activated. Ham It Up can, of course, still work with these SDRs, but you'll need to install a DC block between the converter and SDR. This can be very simple if you prefer a DIY solution, just use a quality low-distortion capacitor with RF path. If you want to use the solution we offer, we sell a high-quality SMA DC block.

Operation:

• Connect your HF antenna to the RF input
• Connect your SDR or radio to the IF output
• Power the Ham It Up Nano via bias tee, micro USB, or DC connector (positive center, 4-5.5 V DC)
• Run your favorite SDR software. Tune to 125 MHz + your desired frequency (or set the software frequency offset to 125 MHz and tune it directly) and enjoy!
