STARPOWER IGBT Power Module provides ultra low conduction loss as well as short circuit ruggedness. They are designed for the applications such as general inverters and UPS.

STARPOWER offers a wide portfolio of IGBT modules (including trench/FS and SPT+ technologies in various series), covering current ratings from approximately 50A to 1100A (and broader in some families up to higher levels) and voltage classes from 650V to 1700V. Modules are available in multiple topologies (e.g., half-bridge, six-pack, chopper, three-level, PIM) with high reliability, low switching losses, and options for industrial or high-reliability screening.
