The DS-600 transmitter features an unusual shape. This slim controller is designed for one-handed operation, making it ideal for RC applications such as controlling bait boats, even RC lawn mowers, and other custom projects. It operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency and has an impressive range, typically 300-400 meters. The transmitter offers 6 channels, with 2 being proportional through the joystick for throttle/reverse and left/right directional control. The other 4 channels are temporarily toggle on/off, controlled by buttons 3-6. These can be used to activate auxiliary functions like LED lights or to open and close the hold on a bait boat. An excellent feature of this controller is the cruise control. To set the speed, simply press the button on the back of the controller, and it locks in the current throttle position until cancelled by pressing the button again. The set comes with a built-in rechargeable battery that offers up to 10 hours of operation. To recharge, simply connect a USB power source using the provided cable. The controller includes a wrist lanyard and a practical carrying bag.
