This JCOP (Java Card Open Platform) card utilizes the J3H081 chip, which is the successor to the discontinued J2A040 chip. The new *81 series chips from NXP offer advanced capabilities, including a dual interface and a capacity of 80 kB.

Our default JAVA card with the J3H081 chip comes with a factory COS and provides the TK (Transport Key) value. Be sure to understand how to read the TK value and perform initialization when using this card for the first time!

The chip card with the J3H081 chip is standardly offered in white but can be printed in various colors.
