JYQD-V8.5E Simple BLDC PWM Motor Controller, Speed Controller for Sensorless BLDC Motors

This simple BLDC controller (driver board) is suitable for 3-phase brushless sensorless motors. Due to its simplicity and low cost, it is very suitable for converting old car alternators into powerful DC motors.

The JYQD-V8.5E may not be directly compatible with all 3-phase sensorless brushless motors. If the driving effect is not good (starting issues, reversing problems, high operating current, unstable speed, low efficiency, or inability to start under load), customers can adjust the resistance and capacitance of the driver board according to the current situation to achieve the best driving effect (see the attachment on how to make the adjustments).

Note: The JYQD-V8.5E does not have reverse polarity protection; connecting it with reversed polarity will permanently damage the driver board!

If the driver board is more than 50 cm away from the motor, use shielded wires; otherwise, it may lead to abnormal operation and affect normal usage.

Pay attention to insulation between the MOSFET driver and the heatsink or mounting board.
