Three-Phase Solid State AC Voltage Regulator 380V
The KSTY thyristor voltage regulator features three-phase potential detection, a constant current source, a linear amplifier, a phase shift circuit, PI settings, power amplification, pulse shaping, a high-frequency pulse transformer for isolation, and three sets of antiparallel SCR chips in one unit. The control loop (low-current section) and load loop (high-current section) are fully isolated, enabling smooth control using a 10K potentiometer, a voltage signal control of 1-5V, and a current signal control of 4-20mA. This allows for a modification of the thyristor triggering angle, and the three-phase load voltage can be smoothly adjusted from 0V to the full voltage of the electrical network.

When to Use This Regulator:
- This regulator is not suitable for energy saving and LED lighting, televisions, computers, music players, or other appliances that contain switching power supplies and/or rectifiers or other electronic components. This regulator is not suitable for asynchronous motors with motor (start) capacitors
- For standard light bulbs, heaters, fans, ventilation systems, single-phase motors, soldering irons, etc.
How to Choose the Right Regulator:
For pure resistive loads, multiply the operating current by three. Example: (2.2kW/220V) * 3 = 30, so the most suitable model will be 40A - KSTY380D40P
For inductive loads (motors), multiply the operating current by five. Example: (5kW/3800V) * 5 = 65, so the most suitable model will be 100A - KSTY380D100P
Cooling:
To prevent overheating and ensure proper operation, models rated at 40A, 50A, 70A, and 90A require a heatsink. Model numbers with an H at the end come with a heatsink.
Models with rated values of 120A, 150A, 200A, and 300A require active cooling. Model numbers with H+F include a heatsink and a fan.
Do not use models with a rating higher than 25A without cooling!
