LRQ Soft Starter - Compact and Powerful

LRQ, Compact Series Soft Starters, 1-Phase / 3-Phase with Performance up to 22 kW

The soft start time can be set up to 20 seconds (the rise time refers to the soft start setting at a voltage of 380V). The initial voltage is 150-250V and can be slowly adjusted to 380V.

Three ways this model can be used:

• When the control connector of the module is open or closed, the main power is supplied and soft start begins.
• When the main circuit is powered, it is controlled by the contacts of the module’s control connector. If they are closed, the soft start begins.
• When the main circuit is powered, it is controlled by the contacts of the module’s control connector. If a 5-24Vdc signal is applied, the soft start begins.

Programs included in the three-phase soft start module:

1. Phase loss protection function
2. Overheating protection function
3. Soft start function
4. Soft stop function (soft stop can be set to 0, the value of soft start, or turned off)
5. Phase order protection function (can be turned on or off)

Both functions 4 and 5 can be turned off.

• There is soft start, soft stop (to initial value or 0), and phase order protection.
• There is soft start and soft stop (to initial value or 0) and no phase order protection.
• With soft start, no soft stop, and phase order protection
• With soft start, no soft stop, and no phase order protection

The module has a total of 6 states that can be set freely, making it flexible and powerful.

The initial state is: with soft start, no soft stop, and no phase order protection. For example: If the module state is set to soft stop at value 0, phase order protection exists, and both potentiometers are turned to the corresponding positions of 150V and 20s. At this moment, the main circuit is powered, the control switch is closed (or 5-24Vdc is supplied), and the output voltage of the module slowly increases from 150V to 380V over a period of 20 seconds. If the control end is disconnected (or 5-24Vdc is removed), the output voltage of the module slowly decreases from 380V to 0V over 20 seconds. (If the soft stop setting is set to stop at the soft start value, the output voltage of the module slowly decreases from 380V to 150V over 20 seconds and then turns off immediately).

Rules for selecting the soft starter model: Choose the type according to the actual power of the three-phase motor in a 1:1 ratio. Example: Three-phase fan 380V/5KW Model selection is LRQ-TH3P5KW

Cooling: Model numbers ending with H come with a heatsink. Model numbers with H+F include a heatsink and fan.
