The LSW series integrated power regulators utilize advanced zero-crossing output technology, providing improvements over traditional voltage control methods. The current turns on and off in accordance with the sinusoidal waveform, ensuring stable and evenly distributed output power. This technology enhances control precision, efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and minimizes wear on electrical devices, making it ideal for industrial electric heating applications.

Additionally, it offers various control methods, flame-retardant housing, compact dimensions, quiet operation, and long lifespan. The built-in transformer eliminates the need for external DC power supply. The CYC mode ensures minimal harmonic distortion.

Three-phase Power Regulator with Variable Cycle (CYC)

Control Methods:

  • Input Voltage Control (Power Setting): 0-5V, 0-10V
  • Input Current Control (Power Setting): 4-20mA
  • Manual Potentiometric Control (Power Setting): 10kΩ
  • PWM Control - The input period of PWM must be 25 cycles and the maximum voltage is 4-24Vdc, with a high duty cycle corresponding to the percentage output voltage of the module.
  • LED Indicators: POW, OUT, ALM three-color indicator light
