This soldering iron can be used for welding plastics for quick repairs of automotive bumpers or plastic parts. It allows for durable, permanent, and quick repairs of cracked, holed, damaged, and split plastics, including rigid or flexible thermoplastic components.

With three adjustable temperature levels, this kit is designed to meet a wide range of plastic component repair needs, such as headlight frames, brackets, seals, plastic pins, and spoilers.

The soldering iron can accommodate three different types of staples at three angles (45°, 90°, 180°). This allows you to conveniently repair cracks both inside and outside, easily reaching hard-to-access areas.

The package includes the soldering iron, cutter, power cable, and 300 pieces of staples for PC. It is easy to store and portable. Six types of staples can be easily heated and soldered to cracked plastics on bumpers or other places.

When you hold the soldering tip in one position and press the button, the staple heats up and begins to melt the plastic. The staple is then firmly secured into the damaged part. Once the staple and plastic cool, a reinforced joint is formed that restores the plastic components to their original strength.
