The OrangePi 5 Ultra utilizes an octa-core 64-bit Rockchip RK3588 processor with 4 Cortex-A76 cores running at 2.4 GHz, 4 Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz, and an independent NEON coprocessor. Thanks to its design based on a 8nm process, it has a main frequency of up to 2.4 GHz, integrated ARM Mali-G610, built-in 3D GPU, and is compatible with OpenGL ES1.1/2.0/3.2, OpenCL 2.2, and Vulkan 1.2. The built-in NPU supports hybrid computing for INT4/INT8/INT16/FP16 with a computing performance of up to 6 TOPS, enabling it to meet edge computing requirements of most end devices. It features 4GB/8GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM, image processing support up to 8K, and supports an eMMC flash socket along with eMMC IC, as well as Wi-Fi 6E + BT 5.3 with BLE support.

The OrangePi 5 Ultra offers a rich interface, including HDMI output, HDMI input, GPIO interface, USB2.0, USB3.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a single extended PCIe port for 2.5G high-speed networking, and one M.2 M-Key slot (PCIe 3.0 4-Lane) supporting NVMe SSD or SATA SSD installation.

The OrangePi 5 Ultra is compact, measuring only 89mm x 57mm x 1.6mm, yet powerful enough for a wide range of applications in areas such as high-end tablets, edge computing, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, AR/VR, smart security, smart home, etc., covering various sectors of AIoT. The OrangePi 5 Ultra supports Orange Pi OS, the official operating system developed by Orange Pi, as well as Ubuntu, Android 13, Debian, and other operating systems.
