The Radxa CM3J is an industrial-grade System on Module (SoM) based on the Rockchip RK3568J quad-core processor. It is designed for embedded and automation solutions requiring long-term availability and high reliability. Offering up to 8GB LPDDR4 RAM, eMMC storage, and rich I/O including PCIe, USB 3.0, Ethernet, and dual-display support, the CM3J is compatible with Radxa’s carrier boards and supports Linux and Android OS.
