Radxa Zero Ultra Small SBC Supports 4K Display

The Radxa Zero single board computer is the latest addition from Radxa to their portfolio of SBCs. Zero is based on the Amlogic S905Y2, which is a quad-core processor with a frequency of up to 1.8 GHz.

The RAM size in Zero ranges from 512 MB to 4 GB, and it is paired with eMMC memory directly on the board.

The Zero with 512 MB/1 GB has only a microSD card slot, while the Zero with 2 GB/4 GB includes either 8 GB eMMC (for the 2 GB RAM) or 16 GB to 128 GB RAM for the model with 4 GB RAM.

The Zero with 512 MB/1 GB features a Wi-Fi connectivity chip supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4, whereas the larger RAM versions offer 802.11 b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.

The Radxa Zero boasts an HDMI video output at 4K@60. Among the USB ports, there is 1x USB 2.0 and 1x USB 3.0 with a USB-C connector.

Supported operating systems include Android 9, Ubuntu, Debian, and more.
