The new RB-509B model represents a new level of compact dimensions, functionality, and durable construction for enterprise digital assistants. This thin device has an elegant appearance, equipped with industrial-grade features that meet the needs of the mobile workforce. The RB-509B 2D is the ideal portable tool for streamlining workflows in retail and field services.

The user interface of the RB-509B 2D is equipped with a 5" HD color graphic display with high visibility. The integrated 2D scanning engine allows for scanning multiple symbologies in both 1D and 2D barcodes (optional).

Running on Android 8.1, the RB-509B 2D is powered by a 1.3 GHz microprocessor, particularly suitable for today's inventory solutions. Its internal components are protected by a robust housing that is sealed against moisture and dust (IP66 rating) and can withstand drops onto concrete surfaces from 1m (MIL-STD-810G). LED indicators and device vibrations allow for easy alert recognition during use. Additionally, the integrated RB-509B 2D laser scanner reads all standard 1D or 2D barcodes, including QR codes and linear GS1 Databar barcodes.
