Relay Expansion Board Omega2
Relay Expansion Board Omega2
Relay Expansion Board for Onion Omega2
This relay expansion board allows your Omega device to control two additional independent electric circuits. The circuits are isolated from Omega and can operate at much higher or lower voltages. You can thus control additional circuits you have created or small household appliances with a power of up to 60W. This expansion board is ideal for home automation projects as it enables you to control additional devices remotely using your Omega.
It includes two electromagnetic relays that can switch up to 60W, with a maximum current of 2A and a maximum voltage of 220V DC or 250V AC. Screw terminals allow you to connect various cables and wires. This expansion board has a 3-bit address switch that allows you to use up to eight relays with one Omega. You can control up to 16 devices with one Omega!
Note: This expansion board requires a dock with an expansion header, such as Expansion Dock, Power Dock, or Arduino Dock R2.
Important Notice: If you use this expansion board with circuits or appliances connected to a home or industrial network, ensure you fully understand how to work safely with them. Inadequate preparation such as poor insulation, wiring mistakes, or using wire not meant for your application can cause serious damage, including injury or fire. Onion Company does not take responsibility for any damages caused by improper use of this product, so make sure you know what you're doing!
