UV LED lamp for curing adhesives

UV lamp with UV LED for curing lacquers, adhesives, and fillers based on UV-sensitive materials. The UV lamp is equipped with UV LEDs, each with a power consumption of 3W. Unlike UV discharge tubes, LEDs emit light directionally and have a much narrower spectrum. Compared to UV tubes, they provide much faster and more efficient curing of the illuminated material. For materials that require a ten-minute exposure to a UV fluorescent tube, the exposure time is reduced to about 2 minutes.

The lamp is designed for curing UV LOCA adhesive for reattaching LCD touch assemblies and similar UV-sensitive (UV-curable) materials such as UV lacquer for non-soldering soldering masks.
