WH18 - 18W, 395nm Table UV Lamp for Adhesive Curing

UV lamp with UV LEDs for curing coatings, adhesives, and sealants based on UV-sensitive materials. The UV lamp is equipped with high-output UV LEDs, which emit light directionally, offering a much narrower spectrum compared to UV discharge lamps. In comparison to UV tubes, it provides a significantly faster and more efficient cure of the exposed material. For materials that require ten minutes of exposure to UV fluorescent lamp, the required exposure time is reduced to approximately 2 minutes.

This lamp is designed for curing UV LOCA adhesives for re-bonding LCD touch assemblies, as well as other UV-curable materials like UV coatings for non-solder mask applications.
