RAM-01 is a new generation personal dosimeter based on a CdZnTe (cadmium, zinc, telluride) semiconductor radiation detector, which has undergone three years of validation in the aerospace industry. Its preparation process strictly adheres to aerospace and astronautic standards. The dosimeter boasts high accuracy and stability, providing precise and reliable data for radiation monitoring.

The device will alert you if the radiation dose exceeds normal levels. It displays real-time radiation dose and accumulated dose. Compact, lightweight, and highly sensitive, it is an ideal choice for alarming high radiation levels for personnel in nuclear medicine departments, industrial radiography, and even for everyday domestic environments.
